The  Deputy Commissioner gave clear instructions regarding pre-natal check-up that if pregnancy kit is available to all the health workers, then the information of pregnant women should also be given to MOIC so that they can get the right medical consultation till delivery by starting their antenatal check-up at the right time, so that the mother and the baby are in good health. The Deputy Commissioner said that during the nutrition month campaign conducted in the month of September, about 480 malnourished children were identified and they should be followed up regularly till they are completely healthy after treatment in malnutrition treatment centre.
